Order Modifications and Cancellations
To modify or cancel your order, you must do so at least five (5) days before your scheduled delivery date. The specific deadlines for cancellations and refunds are as follows:
1. Sunday Delivery: Cut-Off: Wednesday at 9:59 PM MST
2. Monday Delivery: Cut-Off: Thursday at 9:59 PM MST
3. Tuesday Delivery: Cut-Off: Friday at 9:59 PM MST

Replacement Items
Inspired Go reserves the right to make replacements or substitutions in your order under certain conditions.
Here are the details regarding replacement items:
- Product Changes: We reserve the right to adjust the quantity of items in your order and to discontinue specific meals or products without prior notice.
- Substitutions: If a substitution is necessary due to ingredient availability, product changes, or other reasons, Inspired Go will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your order is delivered. If you encounter any issues with a substitution, you can contact us at info@inspiredgo.ca or via live chat assistance.
Refund Policy
At Inspired Go, we take pride in providing you with the freshest ingredients possible. If you find any aspect of your meal or ingredient delivery unsatisfactory, we are committed to making it right. Here’s how our refund policy works:
- Contact Us Within 7 Days: If you are dissatisfied with a meal or ingredient, please reach out to our team within seven (7) days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@inspiredgo.ca or contacting us via live chat. In some cases, we may request photographic documentation of the item to better understand and resolve the issue.
- Credit for Unsatisfactory Items: We will promptly provide you with a credit of equal value to your Inspired Go account for any items that did not meet your expectations. These credits have no expiration date and can be used for purchasing any product on our website, www.inspiredgo.ca.
- Refunds in Specific Situations: Refunds will be issued in the following situations:
- An online order cancellation by a first-time customer prior to cut-off.
- Errors that are the fault of Inspired Go, including but not limited to shipment delays beyond our control.
- Defective items with a value greater than $40.

Subscriptions
By subscribing to our Subscribe & Save service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Weekly or Biweekly Charges: Inspired Go, or a third-party payment processor, is authorized to charge your credit card for the following:
- A minimum weekly or biweekly fee, determined by your initial order selection when creating your Inspired Go Subscription.
- A delivery fee, if applicable, based on our pricing model ($6.95 for orders under $61).
2. Autorisation continue : Vous nous autorisez à facturer votre carte de crédit pour ces montants jusqu’à ce que vous décidiez d’annuler, sauter ou mettre en pause votre abonnement.

- Livraisons du dimanche : mercredi avant 12 h 59 MST.
- Livraisons du lundi : jeudi avant 12 h 59 MST.
- Livraisons mardi : vendredi avant 12 h 59 MST.
Le défaut d’ajustements avant les délais de clôture spécifiés entraînera le traitement de votre paiement, et votre commande sera livrée comme prévu.
Notification de changements : Lorsque vous vous inscrivez à Abonez et Économisez, vous reconnaissez et acceptez que vous serez facturé chaque semaine ou toutes les deux semaines selon les articles de votre ordre d’abonnement. Nous n’ajouterons ni ne retirerons d’éléments sans vous aviser via l’adresse courriel associée à votre compte. Pour vous assurer de recevoir ces notifications importantes, veuillez ajouter notre adresse courriel à votre carnet d’adresses afin d’éviter que les courriels ne soient filtrés dans votre dossier indésirable ou promotionnel.

At Inspired Go, we reserve the right to modify, add, alter, or remove these terms and conditions periodically. These changes are made to accommodate shifts in market conditions, advancements in technology, and adjustments in legal and regulatory requirements.
When you make a purchase from Inspired Go, you are bound by the policies and terms and conditions in effect at the time of your purchase. However, please note that any changes mandated by law or government authority will supersede previously established terms.
